Refund & Returns Policy

At Zeleora, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within fourteen (14) days of receiving the item. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging included. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return. These include products marked as Final Sale, gift cards, personalized or custom-made products, and items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact us at info@zeleora.com and provide their order number along with the reason for the return request. Our support team will provide detailed return instructions, including the appropriate return shipping address. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or an incorrect item was shipped due to our error. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost during transit.
5. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund request. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary and typically take between five (5) to ten (10) business days depending on the payment provider. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue. We will review the claim promptly and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within twelve (12) hours of placement. After this period, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or dispatched.
